1385868 - Stop reporting installer size via tinderboxprint

We currently report the installer size via tinderboxprint so it appears in "job details" in treeherder, but I doubt anyone looks at this. This information is tracked seperately in Perfherder (and is sheriffed there). Since the size of the job details table (where this is stored) is a concern, let's just turn these messages into standard log messages. If people really want to look at this information via the job panel, they can always just click on "performance".
