Details

Steps to reproduce: 1. Open nightly from fresh profile on Android. Do not sign-in to sync. 2. Go to menu and tap "share" 3. Verify "send to other devices" option is shown Actual Result: Non-Sync(or non-FXA) user does not get "send to other devices" option. Expected Result: The user should be able to see 'grayed' "send to other devices" option.

These states are only handled by Desktop for now, but it could be a good additions, marking as invalid for now.
