I've tried to reproduce this issue with the same scenario on latest Nightly, Chrome and Edge browser but I couldn't. With the try builds I can reproduce the issue. I didn't wait 5 minutes to see if the video stops (as in bug 1381016) or if the image freezes, because after a few page refreshes the video won't start at all and "uncaught exception: out of memory" error is displayed in the browser console.

Bug 1381016 has been uplifted to Beta now. Please see if the original bug still reproduces with a current CI build. https://queue.taskcluster.net/v1/task/QlAAIey6TyiHRB_SLRs1kA/runs/0/artifacts/public/build/target.zip

Comment 3 was a Win64 build. Below is a Win32 one if you want to try that too. https://queue.taskcluster.net/v1/task/SytTya5XREm6pwI4Ip3tkg/runs/0/artifacts/public/build/target.zip

I have tried to reproduce the issue with the new build but I couldn't. The streams are working properly.

Thanks, I'm going to call this a dupe of bug 1381016 then.
