Steps to reproduce:
1. Clicked on the New Tab button
2. Selected one of the sites suggested in Top Sites
Actual results:
The web address was written over the text in the address bar, which was "Search or enter address". (The attached file depicts this)
Expected results:
The text in the address bar should have been cleared, and then the web address of a site should have been placed in the address bar.
