I'm trying to see how PLACES_BOOKMARKS_COUNT evolves over time. However, if you open the URL associated with this bug, you will see that 0 bookmarks are recorded for almost the entire period. Submissions are being reported, and the "distribution view" seems to show the data is being collected correctly - it's just not being shown in the "Evolution View"
Looks like this data is mostly just reporting zeroes. What you're seeing is the Median; if you include the 75th or 95th percentiles it shows some non-zero evolutions.
