It would be cool if there was a "Download manager" sidebar tab. For me, this
would be a lot more convenient than going to the tools menu and selecting
download manager.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.open sidebar
2.click Tabs -> customize sidebar
3.have fun looking for a download manager tab (you might be a LONG time!)
Actual Results: I filed this bug to see what other people think.
Expected Results: There is a Download Manager tab that I could use to keep
track of downloads in the sidebar.
