Steps to reproduce
1. Go to https://andreasbovens.github.io/understanding-viewport/noviewport.html
2. Try to double-tap-drag to zoom.

Expected result
Page is zoomed immediately.

Actual result
In my experience, it takes two or three tries before zoom takes effect.

One-touch pinch does not seem to work at all in the latest builds of FF on the mentioned page. Even after several tries.

If already zoomed in, doing a one-touch pinch to zoom out works without any issues each and every time.
