1. the "reset" button for attachments is styled like a major button, but should be styled like a minor button. Compare the "Edit" button show bug vs. "Copy Summary".

2. It is not possible to tell which tab I'm on -- Add Comment and Preview look the same.

3. On new-bug, it should say "Description", not "Comment" (the existing enter bug has this problem, I find)

4. Include possible duplicates under the "Summary" when possible.

5. Perhaps when a duplicate is found, the comment box on new bug can be used to instead add a comment to a selected duplicate bug? Kohei: what do you think about that?

Oh! and I forgot, "Label" should be "Tracking" 
(and we need to move whiteboard from details to Tracking in bug modal as well)

I think the user has to be directed to the duplicated bug anyway, so they can read through the discussion then provide additional info only if needed.
