[Steps to reproduce]:
1.Launch Nightly 57.0a1 with a new profile
2.Set "dom.forms.datetime.timepicker" pref to True in about:config
3.In the URL bar enter data:text/html, <input type="date">
4.Set zoom to 300%
5.Click to trigger picker
6.Press Ctrl+0 to reset zoom level

[Expected result]:
Date picker position should be moved to the initial position with the input box

[Actual result]:
Input box is moved to the initial position but the picker not
