STR: 1. Go to customize 2. Popup the density options 3. Hover over touch then move off it again. When in touch mode the window controls grow larger but they don't shrink again afterwards. Tested on Windows 10.

This only happens when the window is maximized. Going back to normal size when in this state cuts off the top of tabs and then maximizing again fixes everything.
I will probably end up fixing this in bug 1375335 (in search for a better window control resize strategy).

I verified this issue using Nightly 58.0a1 and Firefox Beta 57.0b6 with Build ID 20171005195903 on Windows 10 x64, Windows 7, Mac OS X 10.12, Ubuntu 16.04. I will mark this as verified fixed.
