138718 - clicking in tabbed browser (or single browser)

im using mozilla build 2002041711  (1.0RC1) on windows ME

the problems occur both when switching between tabs, OR when reloading a single
page window.

the single window has all the symptoms described below, when its first loaded,
and whenever its reloaded.

it seems when im in a tabbed window, i hafto click twice, on drop down menus,
and twice to right click on a link.

the first click just pops up the menu/dropdown and closes it just as fast
but the second click (and any clicks after that) behave normaly, including other
dropdowns/menus on that page

HOWEVER, if i click another tab it starts all over again. also if i click back
to the origional tab, same thing happens.

i am using windows ME, japanese version. 4.90.3000
with an english keyboard and global IME.

this is an old unconfirmed bug report...
reporter, can you reproduce the bug with later build?
if not, please close this bug
