Steps to reproduce:

Compose and send an email message


Actual results:

After the message was send, I noticed that it had been send in plain text, and not HTML, even if the contact has the "Prefers to receive messages formatted as HTML" setting.


Expected results:

Message should have been send as HTML. When choosing Options > Format > Rich Text, the message will be send in HTML.
