there is a slight jitter in the stop/reload animation. at the point where the animation turns into a solid X the icon seems to get a bit wider to the left and taller downwards, which looks like a small jitter (same once the stop icon starts reverting back into the reload state).
i see this on a machine with win10 on displays with highdpi & regular screen resolutions as well.
