In Bug 1387117 we changed 57 to support a hbox for the containers highlight for square tabs.
This is obscured by the attention indicator when on a pinned tab. This indicator sits on top of the line, it should like it has been before be underneath.

I don't agree with the premise of this bug. The attention indicator is transient and should take precedence, I think, in order to, well, get the user's attention.
