The 'new email' icon that appears in the Windows taskbar does not always clear
after reading the new mail.
Also the icon does not always appear when new mail arrives.
Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
I have been able to determine what conditions cause this problem to occur.
I have 6 email accounts.
