Steps to reproduce:

1) Install FF 54 or Nightly.
2) Run on a fresh profile
3) Install uBlock Origin: https://addons.mozilla.org/pl/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/
4) Do a single click LMB on uBlock Origin's shield icon, then the same on the gearwheel icon (which opens the request log in a new tab) or notepad icon (which opens the control panel in a new tab) and notice it has opened in a new tab with a single LMB click.
5) Install DblClicker: https://addons.mozilla.org/pl/firefox/addon/dblclicker/
6) Repeat step 4) and notice that a single LMB click is now broken when clicking on the gearwheel icon or on the request log icon (control palen / request log won't open). Only a double-click will work. (if you cannot reproduce, try to restart the browser) 
7) Also go to a random webpage and notice, that a single LMB click still works, it opens a link in the same tab, and a fast double-click LMB opens in a new tab. And that is expected behaviour of DblClick: add a double LMB click which opens in the new tab, while still keep also a single LMB click working which opens in a new tab. In the presented case with uBlock Origin, a single LMB click is just broken.

I'd also a case in which on https://translate.google.pl/ a single LMB click was also broken on the "Translate" button (in the top-left corner) and on "Google applications" button (in the top-right corner), but after restarting the browser, the problem has gone and I can't reproduce it.

Some typos fixes:
From step 4) "then the same on the gearwheel icon (which opens the CONTROL PANEL in a new tab) or notepad icon (which opens the REQUEST LOG in a new tab)"
