Steps to reproduce:
Within the file system, open a pdf with nightly. This has been tried both normally and in safe mode.
Actual results:
The browser opened endless tabs of the pdf, without loading any. This continued until the browser was forcibly closed. Upon reopening, the blank tabs could be closed.
Expected results:
The tab should have opened once and loaded.
