Steps to reproduce:

1. Download and install SeaMonkey/SM v2.48 web browser in a 64-bit Windows 7 (mine was Home Premium Edition -- reproduced in both old real PC (aero theme) and a clean VM (classic theme) with all updates.

2. Launch SM.

3. Do a Print Preview from its File menu.

4. Look at Print Preview's toolbar's Page. Note the two weird icons for "First page" and "Last page" options.


Actual results:

The icons are wrong/missing. See https://i.cubeupload.com/NC2Fkm.gif for my screen shot/capture as an example from the newsgroup. It also happenswith web pages and anywhere else that can do print previews.


Expected results:

The Print Preview's first and last pages' icons should be shown. I did not have this problems in the previous versions like v2.46 so something broke after its public stable release.

I can confirm it for 2.48 only. Fixed in 2.49.1. Looking at 2.49.1 it seems like the icons changed between 2.46 and 2.49.1. 

We have no plans to do a 2.48.1 and try to get 2.49.1 out the door fast because of some OS X problems with mail. If it is ok with you I close the bug as resolved. If not reopen. If for some reason we need to do a 2.48.1 I will see that it gets fixed.
