1387879 - Print properties do not match what has been set in the OS

Steps to reproduce:

Attempt to print a web page.

I use File | Print... . In the dialog I click the Properties... button. 


Actual results:

The Basic properties tab Firefox shows for my default printer ( Brother HL-L8350 CDW ) does not match the same Basic properties tab which Windows 8.1 shows when I open "Devices and Printers" from the Control Panel and choose the default Brother HL-L8350 CDW  printer and view the printing preferences Basic properties tab. The field names of both are exactly the same but the settings Firefox shows for those field names are different than what the Control Panel settings shows. In particular the Paper Sixe in the Control Panel shows correctly "Letter" while the Paper Size in Firefox shows "User defined..." and it goes from there as far as mismatched values are concerned.


Expected results:

Firefox should be picking up the same settings which are set in the Control Panel for the default printer.

Even with other printers I use, not just the default printer, the Firefox dialog is not showing the same settings as the Control Panel for the other printer.

i am using the Windows 64-bit version of Firefox on a 64-bit system running Windows 8.1
