When in Managing Bookmarks and I move bookmarks around, The indicator bar does not always accurately indicate where the bookmark will be placed when dropped. As long as I keep the pointer below the text of a bookmark, the bookmark will be placed under that bookmark and the indicator reflects that. If the pointer is ANYWHERE vertically in the line of text of the bookmark above it, the bookmark will be placed above the bookmark even though the indicator bar still shows that it will be placed below the bookmark. As it stands now, the indicator changes only if the pointer moves to the upper half of the text of the bookmark.
