Those were failing, then started to pass in bug 1379505.

Those tests are intermittents in a bunch of places, so I suspect they're just wallpapered, and my patch at bug 1381071 effectively goes back at the behavior of pre-bug 1379505...

So this is either an XBL binding bug on the scrollbars, or some deeper issue with how we choose the viewport scrollbar style override. But I don't think this deserves to block bug 1381071.

Not much, this is just blocking bug 1381071, and I want to land a few things before getting back to that one, so...
