Steps to reproduce:

Print a web page with a table with borders and the table take 2 pages.
On Firefox 55


Actual results:

Only the first printed page has the table's borders not the next pages.


Expected results:

All the printed pages have to have the table's borders.

I can confirm seeing the same problem. Printing a table that spans pages, and the tables borders only show up on the first page.

The problem happens with both print preview, and the actual printout.

I can reproduce this on:
Firefox 55.0.1 (64-bit) for Ubuntu Linux
Firefox 55.0.2 (32-bit) for Windows 7
