Steps to reproduce:

start writing the URL address of a website that requires a client SSL certificate


Actual results:

the client certificate selection dialog opens (and prevents typing the URL)


Expected results:

it shouldn't request the certificate until I finish typing and press enter. 

It's the same bug as reported in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1233982.

The actual results don't happen while testing in Firefox 45 ESR or in a private window — it works as expected. I switched recently from Firefox Developer Edition (updated) to Nightly, and also don't remember having this issue.
