STR:
1) Open the translation view.
2) Set some filters, e.g. Suggested and one of the authors.
3) Click apply filters.
4) After the results appear, click the filter icon again.
5) The author filter gets unchecked about a second after you open the menu.

It got actually inverted. The link bottom right says "Apply 2 filters" initially, but when I try to check the same author again, it changes to "Apply 1 filter".

This is a regression from bug 1344658.
