[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Permafailing tests on the next merge day.

Luke, please take a look at these ASAP. You probably need to make sure that the pref is flipped unconditionally of what channel we're on. James can probably help if needed.

It happens because formautofill add-on hasn't been built in beta so "dom.forms.autocomplete.formautofill" won't be flipped. I'll make a patch to flip it by default when running tests.
