1390180 - Add Firefox links to universal footer in SUMO

Since adding Firefox links to the footer site-wide on www.mozilla.org, we've seen...
* Millions of downloads from visitors who used one of those links to navigate to a product they wanted to download
* SEO improvements resulting from having those links on many pages

AMO has already agreed to include these links. We should get these links into the footer on SUMO. The links in question are under the Firefox header in the www footer:

*Firefox* -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/
Download Firefox -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/new/
Android Browser -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/android/
iOS Browser -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/ios/
Focus Browser -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/focus/
Desktop Browser -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/desktop/
Beta, Nightly, Developer Edition -> www.mozilla.org/firefox/channel/desktop/

This is high priority work that supports Mozilla's top-line objectives, since it has the potential to directly improve Firefox download numbers in the near term.
