I don't think this is a Stylo bug. Of the 15 crash reports I see for signature [@ _chkstk | style::gecko::data::PerDocumentStyleData::new], none of them have Stylo enabled ("telemetry environment" does not contain "layout.css.servo.enabled").

Closing this since all the observed crashes were non-stylo, per comment 1.
We have bug 1455366 on a similar stack for stylo.
