It mesures up to 1502885843972 milliseconds to download a single element and more than 25 million minutes to finish.
Tests were done on https://memopol.lqdn.fr/ and some of its webpages.
I can reproduce it everytime after a second full refresh on Nightly, on a clean profile.
I couldn't reproduce it on stable, making it a regression.
