User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.11; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0
Build ID: 20170809080250
Steps to reproduce:
[Affected versions]:
Firefox 55.0.1 (64-bit)
[Affected platforms]:
MacOS (10.11.6)
Install a legacy addon such as Classic Theme Restorer
Navigate to about:addons and select the "Extensions" tab at left
View the installed addon list.
Actual results:
The yellow LEGACY banner does not display next to the legacy addon.
Expected results:
To match Firefox 55.0.1 on Windows 7, the LEGACY banner should be displayed next to all legacy addons.

With Firefox 55.0.2 on Mac, I see a legacy badge next to Classic Theme Restorer. Can you replicate this in a clean profile with just CTR installed? Also can you attach a screenshot?

I cannot replicate this with a clean profile using just CTR or by installing the supported addons. Unfortunately, some addons that should have been disabled during a FireFox update many iterations ago were never disabled (but that's probably a different bug), so I can't easily replicate the installed addon set.
Since this FireFox profile is ages old (I've been using it since probably version 3, back in the slow major version number days), this should probably be cosed because it's not cleanly reproducible without a fair bit more work.

Thanks for taking the time to report this, given that it is an issue with a very old extension there's not much we can do though...
