lt localizer tels me he keeps getting notifications for https://pontoon.mozilla.org/projects/copyright-campaign/, even though the project is disabled for his locale. He also received the manual in-app notification I’ve sent only to de, fr, es, it, pl: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/projects/copyright-campaign/notifications/ I guess Pontoon is still somehow using the previous list of locales
