Details

Summary: while navigating a site such as facebook that allows multiple video elements, the page is allowed to open up and maintain a large quantity of video buffers and audio channels. If browsing a page with many video elements they pile up rapidly and do not go away till you navigate away from the page, close the tab or the browser.

str:
1.) open a page with multiple video elements on one page (eg.facebook)
2.) start watching videos and pause them (multiples)
3.) repeat opening videos on the same page without navigating or refreshing
4.) observe open audio channels in the system monitor and the video buffers along with memory consumption

expected results:
the audio and video buffers/channels close after a period of inactivity while others are being opened to prevent over consumption of resources for a single tab

actual results:
the video buffers and audio channels remain open until page is refreshed, link navigation, tab close or window close. The memory consumption for the single tabe starts to build up
