Steps to reproduce:

Open a site with Farsi title


Actual results:

Tab title placed under Loading animation and fav icon


Expected results:

I guess tab title has kind of a margin or padding to avoid this problem, but when it flip horizontally to show an RTL title that padding will locate in a wrong place, because fav icon still is at the left side (which it has to be) and the title will place under fav icon or loading animation.
