1392784 - "New to Nightly" bottom banner hides useful things

For the past month (maybe more) there's a banner that shows up at the bottom of the screen when running nightly builds. I mostly run into this when running via |./mach run|. It's annoying because it hides the "restore previous session" button that is normally at the bottom of the page (along with all the other buttons on about:home).

Specially considering that the default behaviour of Nightly is to "Show your home page" rather than "Show your windows and tabs from last time" this makes it harder than it needs to be to recover your session from last time.

We'll be removing about:home in favour of about:newtab with activity stream.
