From the beta postmortem notes this morning: "Revisit SLA(Service Level Agreement) for releases, how quickly do we need to ship releases of various types." We need to record our expectations across various teams as to when we'll try to have continuous coverage for relman, releng, QE tasks. We mentioned cases where we end up needing, or wanting, help in evening hours (often, depending on time zone) and weekends (not many times, but a few).
I'll write up a proposal and pass it on to Ritu/Sylvestre when they are back from PTO.
