I seem to be getting a blank Mail Compose Window. No fields. Nothing but a
border. This happens the second time I use it to send a (different) message. I
must cloxe Mozilla completely and reload to compose another message.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on Compose and send a message.
2. Now do it again.
3.

Actual Results:  Blank Compose Window the second time. No fields. Nothing but a
border.

Expected Results:  Obvious
