I'm unable to close the main menu, library or page action panels by clicking outside. The library panel won't even close when clicking its anchor. The only reliably way to close these panels appears to be the Esc key. This is on Ubuntu 17.04.

I think this is a dupe of bug 1251658 which we, unfortunately, have had on file for a long time and never fixed. I'll bump the priority.
