Maybe, I checked few of the reports and in all cases RCWN was enabled.

Looks like this is the same problem as in bug 1397593. Just the steps 5 and 6 are swapped https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1397593#c2.

I was able to reproduce it and the log confirms the theory in comment #5.
