Platforms: Windows 10 x 64 and Ubuntu 16.04 x64.

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Go to "about:preferences".
3. Change the W to 1024.

[Expected result]:
The right side of the content area should match the spec.

[Actual result]:
The right side of the content is smaller than should it be comparing with the spec.

What do you mean "he right side of the content is smaller than should it be comparing with the spec"? Are you saying that the content width should be 664px? If so, the current width is 664. Check it in the attachment.

I was referring to the distance indicated in this screenshot.
The distance on Windows is different comparing to Mac OS/Ubuntu 16.04 or comparing with the spec.

remove whiteboard tag due to its DUPLICATE
