1393596 - Add a tiny Firefox link from MDN footer

We recently added links from SUMO's footer to Firefox product pages on www.mozilla.org (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1385087), and they're sending more than a thousand downloads per day. We are in the process of adding these links to AMO (https://github.com/mozilla/addons/issues/471). We would like to add a single link in the Mozilla column in the MDN footer to Firefox product pages.

This has several benefits:
1) Lends a small share of MDN's considerable search authority to Firefox
2) Provides a universal way forward for people who somehow landed on MDN (e.g. via an esoteric search) but really wanted Firefox
3) Increases the total number of download referrals Mozilla sites send to Firefox
4) Balances the two columns in the footer

Suggested specifications (also, see attached):

* Below the "Donate" link at the bottom of the list under "Mozilla" in the global MDN footer, add a link, "Firefox"
* The link should point at the Firefox home page at https://www.mozilla.org/firefox
* The full link should include utm parameters, like so: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/?utm_source=developer.mozilla.org&utm_campaign=footer&utm_medium=referral

Possible variation:

* Instead of "Firefox", use "Firefox for Developers" or "Firefox Developer Edition" and link to /firefox/developer/.  
* URL for that: https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/developer/?utm_source=blog.mozilla.org&utm_campaign=footer&utm_medium=referral

Blast! The last URL above (to Developer Edition) has the wrong parameters. It should be this:
