When I drag a new bookmark into a folder on the personal tool bar, the folders
open but then DO NOT close as I pass over them. The copy action of the new
bookmark works, but then I'm left with a bunch of open folders. This did not
happen prior to RC1
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.drag a new URL over folders on personal tool bar
2.watch windows open and stay open
3.
Expected Results: folders shold open then close as new icon passes over folders
on personal tool bar
