1394104 - Close, Maximize and Minimize buttons are in the wrong side

Steps to reproduce:

I just updated my Firefox browser to version 55.0.3, 32 bit, Hebrew version (RTL).


Actual results:

The spot for the close, maximize and minimize buttons is on the left but the buttons themselves are actually on the right side.
In the image attached you can see a tooltip which says "סגור", this means "Close" - I was hovering the right part of the bar (at the edge, above the tab) - this shows that the buttons are actually there and functioning too.


Expected results:

the buttons should be on the left side of the bar.
