I have noticed that the tab context menu is too crowded with various simple actions. It is also due for a UI update. If you right-click on a web page, there are back, forward, refresh, and bookmark icons (instead of words). It would make sense to put icons across the top of the tab context menu for reload, mute, pin, send to device, and close. This would allow you to put more space between options and even make set the context menu to get bigger in touch density mode. The tab context menus in Chrome and Edge are about the same size, but are easier to use and less overwhelming since they have more space between options. (See "Comparison Tab Context Menus.png".) Using icons would allow you to keep all the options, but widen the spacing and enhance the visual appeal of the menu.
This shows the icons that are already integrated into the web page context menu.

Redirecting to Amy as she's been working on the tab context menu.

From the mockups, I'm guessing this isn't something we want, but needinfo'ing to be sure :)
