Reproduceable: Once it happens it keeps happening. I've seen this on trunk
builds but not on latest-1.0.0.
Selecting reply to all, reply, compose new message opens an empty windows (Just
a frame with the title set.) However, nothing is painted inside it, and there
are no controls other than to close the window. Once this happens, you cannot
open a single compose, reply window without restarting mozilla. This normally
doesn't happen the first time, but after the first message window creation/destroy.
