Actual Results: in the menu on the left, between the three groups of entries, the space is made up by a one-pixel-gif that is scaled to 155x13. the presentation of this image changes on reload: sometimes is is white sometimes it looks like green barcode sometimes it is not redrawn (when bringing the window to front) Expected Results: should be grey

when viewing the 'page info' for http://www.computer.org/graphics/grey_spacer.gif I see <quote>The image “http://www.computer.org/graphics/grey_spacer.gif” cannot be displayed, because it contains errors.</quote> which probably explains the behaviour. (Gimp does not report an error on the gif file though)
