When clicking on a link, or shift clicking on a say .img or .iso file, I want it
to be handles as a binary transfer not a txt transfer.
There is no option for this in the save dialog, and the file name file.img is
extended with .txt ie file.img.txt.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.goto ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/parted/bootdisk/
2. shift click on a .img file
3. try to get it to be a binary transfer
Actual Results: nothing
Expected Results: a binary transfer option.

The filename part is bug 120327. The transfer mode issue, however, is an FTP
thing (if present; I cannot reproduce it).

There might not be an ftp transfer issue, I assumed there was a problem since
the .txt was added, and felt that I have no way to tell what kind of transfer it
gets.
I guess this can be marked as a duplicate of bug 120327
