When entering Customize mode on Desktop the sidebar is hidden. This isn't too much of a problem, but when I'm using a sidebar tabs style solution, it means I've lost my tab navigation. Fortunately the tab strip is still showing and that shows me a way to navigate elsewhere. Exiting customize returns the sidebar, so this is only a minor annoyance.

This is surprisingly difficult / regression-prone to fix (would need major XUL changes, but also would probably make customize mode too narrow), so I don't think we'll change this for 57, though I guess the annoyance will build up... so maybe P3 but wontfix for 57.
