Details

The download button has a default state, and a wider/fatter progress bar when a download is in progress (as of bug 1387557). UX has spec'd transitions for when the download button first appears, and when it switches from not-downloading to downloading states.

Marco, I believe this should be low-priority. But we are waiting for UX input on bug 1394842 to confirm its ok to split this off (with the implied possibility that this doesnt ship in 57)
