User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:55.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/55.0 Build ID: 20170824053622 Steps to reproduce: Everytime I use your new version of the browser this occurs so the problem HAS NOT been fixed. Actual results: As above, everytime I use the newest browser on my laptop to open websites, the browser hangs, stops, glitches. It never seems to generate a crash report so I have nothing to send you. All I know is this only started happening when I updated to the newest browser update Version 55.0.3. I never had problems before and according to you, you've fixed this issue. Expected results: What a silly question! The browser should function smoothly, that what should happen. If you can't get this issue fixed, just let me know and I will be happy to change to another browser. I am tired of screwing with you. As I mentioned I have no crash report to send you. If you tell me where a bug report is located on my PC, I'll be glad to send it to you.

Re-read what I expressed I was having trouble with in using your browser. And then read what you wrote to me: "Everytime I use your new version of the browser this occurs so the problem HAS NOT been fixed. That means the cause of your issue is NOT Firefox itself." Essentially you are NOT taking responsibility for the issue and are placing the blame and issue squarely back in my lap. "The issue is NOT Firefox". No other explanation of what is causing the problem with Firefox, no gathering of additional information, no asking for more specifics or logs. All you did to wash your hands of my problem is direct me to a self-help page. Here's what I need: I need direction on how to copy/import all my saved bookmarks from Firefox to another new browser. This is because if you don't care about helping me with my Firefox issues, I don't care to continue using your browser; essentially because of your attitude you have just lost a customer. I'm sure with your **** ass attitude about me, you could care less about losing a customer. So let me know how to transfer my bookmarks and we will conclude our business and I won't bother you again.
