I think the new load animation throbbers are really, really nice. On Windows its blue color does also nicely match the active tab highlight color and also location bar focus color, which both are also blue.
But on Ubuntu, the theme is not blue but orange. See screenshot. I think the load throbbers might be orange here as well instead of blue. Would look nicer imho.
Is it supposed to be like that that the load throbbers are always blue and do not match the OS theme color?

I concur that, if the tabs do follow the GTK+ theme for their top bars, it is only sensible that the animated dot and burst follow that color too.
