1395194 - Copy URL confirmation should fade out at timeout

Copy URL/Send to Device confirmation should fade out instead of disappearing when it times out. 

Steps to reproduce:

1.Click on Copy URL or Send to Device
2. Wait for it to timeout on it's own


Expected:
On timeout it should fade out the same way that it fades out when the user clicks outside the message to close it.

Actual Result:
Disappears without a fade out transition

I was able to reproduce this issue with the following Nightly build (20170901150353).

Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0 (20170915100121)

This issue is verified as fixed with the latest Nightly build on 9/15/2017.
